Hurricane Nicole is slated to impact the Tallahassee Division tomorrow with 2-4 inches of rain and 40-60 mph wind gusts. Impacts to the Big Bend are currently projected to begin tomorrow afternoon or evening, depending on the forecast model. The forward movement of the storm is also projected to increase once it makes landfall. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution and in consideration of staff and public safety, the Tallahassee Intake counter will be closed for in-person assistance on Thursday, November 10th. Tallahassee Intake will reopen for in-person service after the holiday on Monday, November 14th.  CM/ECF remains available 24/7 for electronic filing. Self-represented filers may submit items for filing via U.S. Mail to the Tallahassee Bankruptcy Courthouse (link to address), fax (850-521-5004), email (Filings@flnb.uscourts.gov), or via the courthouse lobby drop box (see drop box instructions).
