Acceptable Tender Types
- Money order
- Cashier’s check
- Attorney or law firm credit card (through CM/ECF only)
- Checks (Personal checks are not accepted. See other restrictions below.)
Payment Address
Mail payments in the form of cashier’s checks and money orders to the Tallahassee division at 110 E. Park Ave., Ste. 100, Tallahassee, FL 32301 or make payments at the Tallahassee or Pensacola Intake counter during operational hours.
Restrictions
Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks: Money orders and cashier’s checks must be written for the exact amount due and made payable to “Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court.”
Checks: Checks will be accepted when drawn on an attorney’s trust or operating account (unless the maker is a debtor in a bankruptcy case), an account of the trustee appointed to the case for which the payment is remitted, or any United States, state, or local government account. Personal checks will not be accepted.
