Drop boxes have been installed in the Tallahassee and Pensacola courthouse lobbies to provide self-represented parties with a method of submitting documents (but not payments) for filing, in addition to filing by email (Filings@flnb.uscourts.gov), fax (850-521-5004), or mail (110 E. Park Ave., Ste. 100, Tallahassee, FL 32301). Drop boxes will be emptied each day the court is open at 2:00 p.m. local time, and documents will be file-stamped at the time they are reviewed. Drop box instructions are posted on this website and on each drop box, including instructions for emergency filings. Payments are not accepted via drop box and must be mailed to the Tallahassee division for processing.   Drop boxes are available on days when courthouse lobbies are open to the public. The lobby hours in Tallahassee are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The lobby hours in Pensacola are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
