In light of the reduction of new COVID-19 cases in Leon and Escambia counties, and in addition to accepting documents from self-represented filers by email, fax, drop box, or mail/courier service, Clerk's Office Intake counters in Tallahassee and Pensacola will return to full operating hours (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. local time Monday through Friday) on Monday, January 3, 2022. This date will be modified if COVID-19 positivity rates increase.
Masks are still required when in public courthouse space per District Court Order. Counter service is reserved for emergency matters, administrative questions, and payments. Drop boxes are available inside courthouse lobbies for routine filings (no payments please).
As previously noted and for your convenience, filings will still be accepted via email, or fax, or drop box, or by mail/courier service. Please utilize only one submission method to prevent duplicate filings.
