Administrative Order 20-006 temporarily suspending the requirement that filers who have received CM/ECF electronic filing credentials obtain and retain original signatures in accordance with this Court's Administrative Procedures for Filing, Signing, and Verifying Pleadings and Papers by Electronic Means was vacated on September 1, 2023, in recognition of the termination of the COVID-19 pandemic national emergency.
In regard to Hurricane Idalia, please consult Administrative Order 23-003 concerning deadlines and the original signature administrative procedures requirement for Tallahassee and Gainesville Division cases.
