The Clerk's Office will be closed on Monday, August 5th and will remain closed for in-person assistance through at least noon on Tuesday, August 6th due to the impending landfall of what will become Hurricane Debby. A more exact closure schedule for Tuesday will be announced after the hurricane passes.

CM/ECF will remain available for registered filers. Self-represented filers may file electronically through email (Filings@flnb.uscourts.gov) and fax (850-521-5004). The Tallahassee courthouse lobby drop box will be unavailable on Monday but may be available starting on Tuesday if the courthouse is open.
