Beginning in January of 2024 and continuing through approximately mid-March, the Court will hear all matters, including those filed on negative notice. For matters filed on negative notice, the Court will set and call the matter for a preliminary hearing. If a party files an objection that has not been resolved by the preliminary hearing, the Court will schedule a final hearing and issue a hearing notice to be served by the movant. Appearances may be by Zoom or in person at the Tallahassee courthouse.
