The new Notice of Deadline to Cure Deficiencies will be issued in bankruptcy cases filed as of December 15, 2022, if it is determined that a deficiency to the petition, schedules, other filed documents, and/or filing fee exists. This Notice gives the Debtor(s) 14 days from the date of filing the petition to cure all identified deficiencies or the case may be dismissed without further notice or hearing.
