The Forms page has been updated to include one modified form and one new form in the Local Forms (Any Chapter) table. Form LF-38 (formerly Form LF 7-8) entitled Report & Notice of Trustee's Intention to Sell Property of the Estate was modified at paragraph 3 to eliminate the reference to sales free and clear of liens. New Form LF-39 entitled Notice of Hearing on Motion to Sell Property of the Estate Free and Clear of Liens, Encumbrances, and Interests and Report and Notice of Intent to Sell Property of the Estate was added to the table.  The new form is the result of a proposal submitted by trustee Marybeth Colón. The Court would like to thank Ms. Colón for her time and for transmitting the proposed form to the remaining trustees for their feedback.
