Chief Judge Karen K. Specie approved a new Objection to Claim Negative Notice Legend (“legend”) specifically designed for use when filing an Objection to Claim on negative notice.  The Court’s Negative Notice List was updated to reflect this new legend and is effective immediately.  The legend is available on our website’s list of Local Forms as LF-13 Negative Notice Legend for Objections to Claim.
