The Judicial Conference of the United States Courts has amended the Electronic Public Access Fee Schedule for the appellate, district, and bankruptcy courts, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. Effective 1/1/2020, PACER users will not be charged a fee for usage that does not exceed $30 in a given quarterly billing cycle. This change will be reflected in your quarterly bills beginning in April 2020.
