The Clerk's Office Intake counters in the Tallahassee and Pensacola division are open Tuesday through Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and noon local time on days when the court is open. All fee payments will be processed in person or through the mail in the Tallahassee division only. Exceptions include payments made by barred filers, for copy requests, and payments for document certification and exemplification fees which may be made in person in Pensacola.
