Announcement Posting Period: Monday, January 7, 2019 - Friday, February 15, 2019

The Judiciary is operating under a continuing resolution (CR) extension through Friday, February 15, 2019, and remains open. Should the CR expire without another extension or a judiciary appropriation being signed into law, the Judiciary will once again enter into a partial shutdown. In that instance, pursuant to administrative order, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida will remain open and continue all case-related operations and functions.
