The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit seeks applications from all highly qualified candidates for a fourteen-year appointment as United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Middle District of Florida.  The Court is seeking applications for two positions, one in Orlando* and one in Jacksonville.   CLICK HERE for more information.

* This is a new judgeship in the Middle District of Florida.  Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 152(b)(1), the Eleventh Circuit Judicial Council has recommended to the Judicial Conference of the United States (JCUS) that the official duty station for this judgeship be set as Orlando, Florida.  However, a final decision by the JCUS is not expected before March 2021.
