All Courthouses are Closed to the Public (with Exceptions) Effective Monday, March 23, 2020

Chief District Judge Mark E. Walker entered an order closing all Northern District of Florida courthouses to the public effective Monday, March 23, 2020. The exception is as follows:
 
Those who are required to attend Court hearings, trials, or other matters before the Court requiring in-person attendance.
 
All Bankruptcy Court Clerk’s Office Intake counters will be closed for general business. The Tallahassee Intake counter will remain open to receive deliveries from the U.S. Postal Service and other commercial delivery service vendors.
 
Attorneys may still file documents and pay fees electronically through CM/ECF.
 
Self-represented parties are directed to review Administrative Order 20-005 which temporarily allows you to file documents electronically by email (Filings@flnb.uscourts.gov) or fax (850-521-5004). This service begins on Monday, March 23, 2020. Please contact the Clerk’s Office in advance at 866-639-4615 if you plan to electronically file or mail an emergency filing.
 
Self-represented parties must mail all associated fee payments (cashier checks or money orders only) to the Clerk's Office at the following address:

Mail will NOT be processed in the Pensacola Division.
 
Clerk’s Office staff will remain available as usual by telephone and will continue to monitor emails. Pursuant to Administrative Order 20-003, hearings will continue to be conducted via CourtCall. Please review Administrative Order 20-003 for additional details regarding hearings.
