Chief Judge Specie has signed Administrative Order 19-002. This order recognizes the closure of the Mortgage Modification Mediation (MMM) program approved portal operated by Hope Loan Group, LLC.　 The Hope Loan Portal (HLP) is no longer approved for MMM effective 12/30/2019.
