The Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association (NDFLBBA) presents a free event entitled A Closer Look at the New Chapter 11 Periodic Report Forms Required Effective June 21, 2021. The webinar will be held on Wednesday, July 14th from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST. Advanced registration is required.

This presentation will serve as a valuable and informative training session for attorneys who will need to familiarize themselves with the new monthly financial reports (MORs) and new quarterly post-confirmation reports (PCRs) that are now required to be filed in all Non-Small Business Chapter 11 cases. Assistant U.S. Trustee, Charles F. Edwards, has graciously agreed to help educate and guide attorneys through these new forms, so that they may more easily learn how to comply with these new procedures.
