This is an update regarding the Canadian Union of Postal Workers' strike. As a reminder, notices sent through the BNC between October 2, 2025, and October 16, 2025, were not mailed to recipient addresses that include the country name "Canada"; these notices were bypassed. As of October 10, 2025, the prior general strike has been updated to a rotating strike; and effective October 17, 2025, the BNC has resumed mailing to Canada. Note that significant mailing delays are expected. Additional updates will be provided as information is made available.
