Chief Judge Karen K. Specie has vacated Administrative Order 20-011 Emergency Order Regarding Papers for Panama City and Pensacola Division Cases and Proceedings Due to Hurricane Sally. The order authorized the filing of papers at the Intake counter of the District Court courthouse located at 1 N. Palafox Street in Pensacola, Florida. This order was originally entered due to city-wide infrastructure damage caused by Hurricane Sally which negatively impacted internet access. Area infrastructure has since been restored. Papers may continue to be e-filed through CM/ECF by registered CM/ECF users.
