Effective Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, Administrative Order 23-001 is vacated, and the Court will no longer accept routine filings by email or facsimile from self-represented parties. Instead, documents may be submitted for filing and filing fees may be paid by mail or commercial carrier to the Tallahassee Clerk's Office. Documents and filing fees may also be delivered in person to the Tallahassee or Pensacola Clerk's Office during normal business hours.  Drop boxes are available in Tallahassee and Pensacola courthouse lobbies for the deposit of documents only. The Court's website will be updated shortly with new procedures for after-hours emergency filings.
