Effective December 31, 2019, HopeLoan Group, LLC (HLP) will permanently stop providing all document portal services. Due to the impending closure of HLP, it is ORDERED: (1)Parties may not use HLP for Mortgage Modification Mediation (MMM) beginning on December 30, 2019. 2 (2)Parties are permitted to use such other portal providers as may be listed on the MMM page of the Court’s website.
