Effective Thursday, January 1, 2026, Administrative Order 25-005 waives the requirement for individual debtors to file pay advices and statements of no employment income with the Court.  The order also amends N.D. Fla. LBR 1007-1 to reflect this updated procedure for all cases filed on or after the effective date.  Debtors are still required to provide pay advices or statements of no employment income to any trustee appointed in the case.  The full text of the Order is available here:  (link).
