Effective Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, Administrative Order 23-001 is vacated, and the Court will no longer accept routine filings by email or facsimile from self-represented parties. Self-represented parties may submit documents for filing and filing fee payments in compliance with court orders, the Bankruptcy Miscellaneous Fee Schedule, and the Local Rules of this district by mail or commercial carrier to the following address: United States Bankruptcy Court Office of the Clerk of Court 110 East Park Avenue, Suite 100 Tallahassee, Florida 32301 2 Documents and filing fees may also be delivered in person to the bankruptcy courthouses located in Tallahassee and Pensacola during regular business hours on days when the Court is open. Drop boxes are available in Tallahassee and Pensacola for the deposit of documents only on days when courthouse intake lobbies are open.
