The Court will be closed on the following dates:

• Thursday, November 27, 2025 (Federal Holiday)
• Friday, November 28, 2025
• Thursday, December 25, 2025 (Federal Holiday)
• Friday, December 26, 2025

On Friday, January 2, 2026, the Tallahassee and Pensacola Intake counters will be closed for in-person service.  Clerk's Office staff will remain available to answer telephone calls between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time in Tallahassee and Central Time in Pensacola, and courthouse lobbies will be open for drop box access.

Please visit the Emergency Filing Service (EFS) page on days when the Court or intake counters are closed for instructions on how to file certain documents by email. The EFS is available to self-represented parties all day when the Court is closed and when Intake counters are closed for in-person service. CM/ECF is available to registered filers 24/7.
