ORDER AMENDING LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE

UPON CONSIDERATION of the undersigned, and with the approval of Chief District Judge Mark E. Walker, in accordance with Bankruptcy Rule 9029, it is ORDERED: (1) The Amended Local Rules of Practice and Procedure appended hereto are hereby adopted and become effective 12:01 a.m. March 1, 2020, EST, and shall govern all practice and procedure in the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida after the effective date. (2) In accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 83(a)(1), the Amended Local Rules remain in effect unless amended by the Court or abrogated by the judicial council of the circuit. 2 (3) The Clerk shall furnish a copy of the Amended Local Rules to the circuit judicial council and the Administrative Office of the United States Courts. (4) The Court is grateful to the members of the Local Rules Committee for its tireless work on amendments to this Court’s Local Rules.
