IN RE: HURRICANE MICHAEL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 18-008 / EIGHTH GENERAL ORDER REGARDING HURRICANE MICHAEL: RELOCATION OF HEARINGS IN PANAMA CITY DIVISION CASES
Due to the impact of Hurricane Michael and significant damage to the United States Courthouse in Panama City, Florida, exigent circumstances justify implementation of this Administrative Order. Effective January 1, 2019 and continuing until further order of this Court, hearings in all cases filed in or assigned to the Panama City Division will be held in Tallahassee, Florida. Creditors and parties in interest shall have fourteen (14) days from the date of any order entered pursuant to this Administrative Order to file a motion requesting reconsideration of the change in location of hearings from Tallahassee to Pensacola.
