In re: Administrative Order ADOPTION OF INTERIM 12-002 RULE 1007-I / ORDER ADOPTING INTERIM RULE 1007-I AND UPDATING INTERIM RULES

Whereas, the Judicial Conference of the United States approved Interim Rule 1007-I for adoption to implement the National Guard and Reservists Debt Relief Act of 2008 which became effective December 19, 2008; and The general effective date of the Act did not provide sufficient time to promulgate rules after appropriate public notice and an opportunity for comment, this court agreed to adopt Interim Rule 1007-I under Administrative Order 09-001. Since that time, additional conforming amendments have been made to the interim rule. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Interim Rule 1007-I is adopted and shall remain in effect until further order of this Court.
