In Re: ORDER VACATING Administrative Order First Amended Standing Order No.14 11-002 Trustee to Notify Court of Possible Exemption Limitation Under 11 U.S.C. §522(q)

Whereas, the First Amended Standing Order No.14 was signed and entered on the docket April 1, 2010;

Whereas, the Court has now established an 11 U.S.C. §522(q) related procedure to carry out its duties under 11 U.S.C. §1141(d)(5)(C), U.S.C. §1228(f), and U.S.C. §1328(h) that no longer requires the United States Trustee and/or the appropriate case trustee to provide the type of notification described in the First Amended Standing Order No.14;

Therefore, It is ordered that the First Amended Standing Order No.14 is hereby vacated.
