In re: INTERIM LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER RULE 9037-1 NO. 19-001 / ORDER ADOPTING INTERIM LOCAL RULE 9037-1 T

he new Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9037(h), effective December 1, 2019, applies to the redaction of a previously filed document. To ensure that this Court’s Local Rules remain in compliance with Bankruptcy Rule 9037, as amended, it is ORDERED: (1)Effective December 1, 2019, current Local Bankruptcy Rule 9037-1 is stricken and the following is adopted as Interim Local Bankruptcy Rule 9037-1: Procedures to protect personal identifiers and information are governed in accordance with Bankruptcy Rule 9037 and this Court’s Administrative Procedures for Electronic Filing, Signing and Verifying Pleadings and Papers by Electronic Means, available at www.flnb.uscourts.gov. New subdivision (h) to Bankruptcy Rule 9037 shall apply for redacting personal identifiers in previously filed documents not in compliance with Rule 9037(a). 2 (2)The current Advisory Committee Notes for Local Rule 9037-1 are deleted and replaced by the following: The amended rule includes one substantive change, removing the prior procedure for restricting information in favor of the December 1, 2019 amendment to Bankruptcy Rule 9037. (3)This Interim Local Bankruptcy Rule 9037-1 will be included in the draft Local Rules amendment document already under development by this Court’s Local Rules Committee. (4)The Clerk is directed to provide notice of entry of this order on the Court’s internet site at www.flnb.uscourts.gov.
