The current 14-year term of The Honorable Barbara Ellis-Monro, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Georgia at Atlanta, is due to expire on June 24, 2026. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit is considering whether to reappoint Judge Ellis-Monro to a new 14-year term of office.  Members of the bar and the public are invited to submit written comments concerning this reappointment to Ashlyn D.
