Upon the application for certification under the Amended Administrative Order Permitting Law Student Practice, Administrative Order No. 24-005 (“Student Practice Order”), submitted on behalf of the FSU College of Law Bankruptcy Pro Bono Clinic (“FSU Bankruptcy Clinic”) by Dean & Donald J. Weidner Chair, Erin O’Hara O’Connor, it is ORDERED: 1. The FSU Bankruptcy Clinic has met the prerequisites for certification under the Student Practice Order. 2. The FSU Bankruptcy Clinic is hereby certified to administer and supervise Students and Supervising Attorneys authorized to practice before this Court pursuant to the Student Practice 2 Order. 3. The Court shall maintain a list of attorneys that have been certified, pursuant to Section B.1.b of the Student Practice Order, to act as Supervising Attorneys in the FSU Bankruptcy Clinic. See https://www.flnb.uscourts.gov/filing-without-attorney. 4. The Clerk shall maintain a list of law students (“Students”) certified, pursuant to Section A.1.e of the Student Practice Order, as eligible to participate in the FSU Bankruptcy Clinic.
