USPS International Mail Service Suspensions

Friday, March 13, 2026

The United States Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance for certain international countries due to inadequate transportation options or service disruptions within the country.  As a result, the Bankruptcy Noticing Center will not mail bankruptcy notices to recipient addresses that include those specific countries identified on the list below; instead, those notices will be bypassed.  Bypassed recipients are listed within the bypass section of the Certificate of Notice.  Visit https://www.usps.com and select International to view the latest USPS updates.
