The Clerk's Office is seeking volunteers to serve on the Local Rules Committee. Attorneys and trustees from all areas of bankruptcy expertise are encouraged to apply by sending an email to FLNB_Response@FLNB.uscourts.gov. Volunteers may choose to serve for one or many local rules revision cycles. Revision cycles take approximately one year to complete. 

The Local Rules Committee is a collegial group that meets virtually every other month. Special meetings may also be scheduled on an as needed basis. Meetings consist of a review of pending local rule revision proposals where committee members share their knowledge and experience with each other and the Court in an effort to perpetually improve the local rules for this district.
