In re: WAIVER OF REQUIREMENT TO FILE PAY ADVICES & STATEMENTS OF NO EMPLOYMENT INCOME _______________________________/ Administrative Order No. 25-005 ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 1) WAIVING REQUIREMENT FOR INDIVIDUAL DEBTORS TO FILE PAY ADVICES AND STATEMENTS OF NO EMPLOYMENT INCOME WITH THE COURT, AND 2) AMENDING N.D. Fla. LBR 1007-1 The Court has determined that individual debtors should no longer be required to file Pay Advices or statements of no employment income with the Court.1 Individual debtors shall remain required to provide Pay Advices or statements of no employment income to any trustee appointed in the case. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED: In cases filed on or after January 1, 2026, 1. Individual debtors are no longer required to file Pay Advices or statements of no employment income with the Court. 2. N.D. Fla. LBR 1007-1(A)(3) and (B)(4) are amended to delete the requirement(s) for individual debtors to file a statement of no employment income in lieu of Pay Advices. All other provisions of N.D. Fla. LBR 1007-1 remain in effect. 3. The Court will not dismiss cases for failure of individual debtors to file Pay Advices or a statement of no employment income. 4. Individual debtors may file with the Court copies of Pay Advices or statements of no employment income, should they choose to do so. DONE and ORDERED on November 20, 2025
