The Florida State University College of Law Bankruptcy Pro Bono Clinic (“FSU Bankruptcy Clinic”) is now available to assist parties needing bankruptcy representation in the Northern District of Florida. The FSU Bankruptcy Clinic offers free legal services to qualifying persons who are dealing with financial problems and may file bankruptcy or need assistance in a bankruptcy case.
- Program Certification: The FSU Bankruptcy Clinic is certified by the Court. See Amended Administrative Order 24-005 and Administrative Order 25-001.
