Effective June 21, 2021, chapter 11 debtors in possession and trustees, with some exceptions, will be required to file monthly operating reports (MORs) and post-confirmation reports (PCRs) using streamlined, data-embedded, uniform forms in every case in every judicial district where the USTP operates.  The new forms must be used for all report filings on or after June 21, 2021.
