Beginning October 1, 2023, when an attorney fails to submit a proposed order in accordance with N.D. Fla. LBR 9072-1 the request for relief may be denied, disapproved, overruled without prejudice, or other judicial action may be taken.  Proposed orders are to be submitted electronically through the "Submit Proposed Orders" link in CM/ECF.  Do not file proposed orders on the docket.  Please see the Proposed Order Guidelines and FLNB Style Guide for requirement details.
