ECF Central is a web-based "tool bar" designed to provide electronic filers with
a comprehensive resource for utilizing the CM/ECF system. The application includes
numerous modules created to promote accuracy and efficiency by providing users with
a single compact task pane that can be displayed on demand while the user is logged
in to and actively utilizing the CM/ECF system.
