CREDITOR USER CONNECTIVITY CONFIRMATION REQUIREMENTS

Complete the following while accessing the CM/ECF application from your office. The TEXAS WESTERN CM/ECF CM/ECF Training Data Base address is: https://ecf-train.txwb.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/login.pl

Use actual documents converted to Portable Document Format (PDF) if at all possible to get a feeling for the time it takes to complete the transactions.

In cases 01-50073, 01-50083 and 01-50115:

1. File a Notice Request for your company.

2. Add yourself as a creditor on the creditor matrix in each case in the format:

You Company Name
C/o Your Name
Your Company Address

3. Fill a Proof of Claim for your company using the name/address you just added.

4. As an option, try filing a Notice of Transfer or Assignment of Claim.

When you are finished, call or email one of the following and let them know!
