The faster the connection speed between your computer and your ISP, the less you will need to wait for your filings to upload. No matter how fast your PC is, the speed of your interactions with the Internet are almost completely governed by the speed of your communications line from your PC to your ISP.

An Internet "browser" software program.

Word processing and/or other document preparation software.

Software to convert the documents you create to Portable Document Format (PDF).

Although not required in order to file a document electronically, you cannot view any document fiiled with the court or run reports such as claims registers or creditor lists unless you have an account set up to use the WEB PACER application.
