New Chapter 13 Procedures and Forms

The Clerkâs Office and the Chapter 13 Trustee have developed new procedures
and new Local Forms designed to streamline procedures in Chapter 13 cases.

REMINDER: CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
The Administrative Procedures for Electronic Filing (Section II, B) requires attorneys
filing electronically to serve pleadings electronically to registered participants
of the ECF system. For parties who have opted out of electronic service or who are
not registered participants, attorneys are required to serve the pleading in accordance
with applicable rules. The pleading should include a Certificate of Service reflecting
which parties have been served electronically or by other means. If no Certificate
of Service is included in the pleading, an Order to Effect Service will be issued
directing you to serve the parties before the pleading can be considered.
